Carriage fasteners produced by our company are new types which are cold punched of high strength steel plate. They can bear pressure of 3 tons per square meter, meeting the requirement of 2.5¡ª3 tons per square meter for running castings of roof, overpass, and road of bridge. Spacing of supporting steel pipes can be increased from 400mm which is required by running castings to 600mm, so as to decrease the number of supporting steel pipes, reduce the workload for the setting up supporting steel pipes, and allow operators to pass and turn around easily, improving the efficiency of the building.
In normal working condition, these products ensure no fracture, apart from reasonable deformation and they will extend lifecycle, improving coefficient of safety. So they have been the first choice for construction companies and leasing companies to reduce cost and extend lifecycle.
